An innovative factory has been constructed near Alessandria in Piedmont, for the recycling of Tetra Pak and the production of EcoAllene, a new type of plastic patented by the start-up Ecoplasteam. Ecoplasteam, with investment from Swiss Merchant Corporation, has obtained financing for the project to the value of 4.2 million euro from Banca Popolare di Milano.
